Responsive to farts

I generally fart a lot and I used to think that it was just the way my body is. However, there was a time when I stopped consuming milk and wheat which I used to have almost everyday. Once I changed my diet to exclude those, I noticed the gas and bloating went away and my general wellbeing improved. That’s how I found out I had been farting a lot because of what I ate. I also used to have irritated and itchy scalp for many years which I wasn’t able to cure with medical cream nor shampoo. After avoiding milk for a while it completely went away, as if by magic. I wish I had known earlier that food you eat can affect your health in so many ways.
